Today Richard went to English School (2 hours Tuesdays and Thursdays) and had a bad event.
One big kid at school kicked Richard in the bum and knocked him over, his name is Gresha. With tears flowing from Richard the teacher got angry with Gresha and gave him a talking too.
When Richard was explaining to me what happened he said he cried because he doesn’t like being kicked and because he doesn’t kick anyone. He added “I don’t kick anyone or any other kids because my legs are for walking, not kicking!
Isn’t that how all the world should think?

Calling Richard from the car on the way home:
P: I’ll be home in 45minutes ok?
R: Ohh, that sounds like a lot!
P: No it isn’t long but I can be home in one hour if you like!
R: Yea, that sounds better.
P: Ok then see you in an hour.
R: OK, bye.

Richard has just started with the never ending series of one word questions, Why?
We started making attempts to answer the questions fully to enhance his learning but we quickly learnt that he wasn’t listening to the answers.
Today I quizzed him on why he asks so many why questions and he replied without hesitation or thought “because I sleep ALL night and don’t ask any questions then!”
Fair enough.

Today uncle Ury rang from his town, Podporojie to talk with Babuliya. As usual Ricard answered the phone (there is usually a lot of trouble if someone else picks it up) and started chatting away and it got funny fast.
R: Deda Uria, what are you doing?
U: Oh, I’m just drinking some juice.
pause
R: What, you don’t have any vodka left?

Today Babuliya decided to give richard a little something for being a good by ALL day. She thought it would be nice if Santa made the reward instead of her so she put some chocolate in his Xmas stocking and hinted that he should look in it.
When he looked he found nothing, Babuliya forgot to put the chocolate in!!! With some quick thinking and a little distraction she managed to slip the forgotten goodies into the stocking. This time Richard found what he was expecting but wasn’t fooled. He said “Babuliya, you are good at Focus Pocus!”.
Babuliya will be more careful next time
